Recently inaugurated in a re-done sandstone exterior magnificent building, right in the core of the transforming city of Belfast, stands this absolute new and fascinating Club that represents one of the best references in the nightlife of the city.

AV contractor Darren Gardiner from LSFX was the first on site with clear ideas from scratch to solve such a huge challenge: implement an A/V solution in an environment that had to respect the architectonic values Of the building.



Located in the basement floor, Ollie’s has a full capacity for 700 people and a maze-like interior which often represents a nightmare for audio installers. Under the point of view of A/Vs the main criteria was, among others, simplicity in the management and maintenance of the facility. The set up needed to be user-friendly and highly adaptable, two characteristics sometimes difficult to match.

ECLER presence in this beautiful club is out of sight, but is a huge feature in itself as indicated by A/V contractor:  an amp rack consisting of 28 DPA and MPA amplifiers that are in charge of the amplification of all the venues in the club. The choice was clear: proven quality and excellent in-field support by ECLER’s distributor in UK , MILTEC.

The result? A system than, in words of Mr Gardiner, “can make tables fall over if we are not careful”.
