Vibre Hotel, offers a distinctive combination of design, luxury, and cutting-edge technology, ensuring a sophisticated and modern experience for its guests. The hotel caters to travelers who value innovation and contemporary design, providing meticulously designed rooms enhanced by premier amenities.
On the hotel's first floor, the relaxation and fitness room prioritizes guest well-being, offering a serene space for relaxation and fitness activities. Dining at Vibre Hotel features two unique experiences: a delightful morning at Leda Restaurant and elevated dining at C’est la vie, the rooftop à la carte restaurant. C’est la vie, located on the sixth floor, boasts an open dining area and a private zone, offering panoramic views of Cluj-Napoca city.
The hotel’s conference room is an optimal setting for productive meetings and successful events, capable of hosting corporate meetings, seminars, or special occasions. Its flexible layout fosters a warm, inviting atmosphere suitable for various gatherings.
The hotel opened in 2023, but the project took almost 2 years to complete. Our partner in Romania ABC Tehno, requested our support to provide them with a reliable, easy to use and performant audio and video solution, which could also be integrated in the modern design of the spaces.

The solution
For the main system, Ecler provided a MIMO1212SG digital audio matrix, facilitating the management of multiple audio signals and their distribution across ten main independent zones. Additional components included a MPAGE1r paging station for paging and voice messaging, and for the rooftop restaurant, a separate system enabled by a MIMO88SG digital audio matrix to accommodate background music and live performances.
The conference room features its independent system, utilizing another MIMO88SG digital audio matrix, tailored for various usage scenarios with different presets for audio source selection and mixing. Video distribution in the conference room is achieved through a VEO-SWM44 4K presentation switcher, enhancing presentations and conferences with high-quality imagery.
Control over these systems is streamlined through WPNETTOUCH EclerNet Touchscreen Control Panels and WPNET4KV EclerNet wall control panels, allowing easy management of the system by non-professional users, including intricate control setups for the conference room.
The integration with the fire alarm system ensures safety, playing pre-recorded messages during emergencies and muting the system in the conference room as needed. The project's focus on efficiency and environmental friendliness is evident in the selection of high-efficiency, "green" amplifiers and a variety of loudspeakers designed to blend with the hotel’s aesthetics.
Through the installation of Ecler's audio-video system, Vibre Hotel is set to significantly enhance the experiences of its guests.
